What we can't do yet

There's no phone number and no live chat. At one person, a chat widget would be a promise of a response time that couldn't be kept, so it isn't here.

If something in the app is broken, the fastest route is the bug button inside the app itself. It grabs a screenshot before the sheet opens, which saves a round of us asking what you were looking at.
